About this program

Galilei Systems LLC operates Galilei Hub, a platform for real estate professionals. Through this program we send text messages (SMS) to people who have given us their mobile number: our customers, the professionals who use Galilei Hub, and anyone who contacts our support. Messages are one-to-one and related to the service — we do not run marketing blasts, promotional campaigns or newsletters over SMS.

What kind of messages we send

Replies from our support team, appointment and meeting confirmations, account and security notifications (such as sign-in verification codes), and updates about the service you are using. We never send advertising or third-party offers.

How you consent

You consent by giving us your mobile number directly: by writing to us, by entering it in your Galilei Hub account, or by asking us to contact you that way. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us, and it is never bundled into another agreement — you give it for messaging and nothing else.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies: it depends on your activity and on the conversations you have with us. There is no fixed schedule and we do not send recurring campaigns.

Cost

We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, according to your own plan.

How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any of our messages to cancel at any time. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and then stop sending you messages. You can also write to and ask us to remove your number. Opting out of text messages does not close your account or affect the rest of the service.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
